Mike, I actually intended to post that message in my earlier group concerning the spineless members of the Lost Angeles City Council. My mistake..I have no desire to hear from rlc.It's funny,,,I post these types of articles on newspaper forums in states such as ,Iowa,Kansas, Wisconsin,Nebraska,etc, And it is amazingthat the disastrous effects of illegals and gangs(mythical ms-13?) is no longer viewed as a "California" problem.
