Ain't no 430,000 illegal kids in school

Mike Scott publishes a figure of 430,000 illegal alien kids in california schools. That is not true. If he knew what he was talking about, he would publish his official source for that figure. Also, where does he get the figure 23,000 illegal aliens in our state/local jails and prisons?
