The American Independent Party endorses H.R.2755 "Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act" and H.R.2756 "Honest Money Act"
The American Independent Party(the California affiliate of the Constitution Party) seeks to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and restore our currency to be backed by tangible assets such as gold and sliver.Marysville, CA (PRWEB) October 5, 2007 -- The American Independent Party endorses passage of H.R.2755 the "Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act" introduced by Rep. Ron Paul. The repeal of the Federal Reserve Act (Title 12 U.S. Code, Chapter 3) and abolish the Federal Reserve System and will restore to Congress its exclusive power to coin money and regulate the value thereof as enumerated in Article I §8 of the U.S. Constitution and implemented in Mint Act of 1792.
Constitutional money is backed by tangible assets like gold and silver; in contrast, the Federal Reserve Notes in your wallet are backed only by the force of government to levy taxes. The Federal Reserve System is a private corporation through which unjust manipulation of the economy is achieved. The American Independent Party seeks to reform the current Federal Reserve banks to become clearing houses only; and prohibit fractional reserve banking which is the common banking practice of issuing more money than the bank holds as reserves.
It is the Party's intention that no system of "debt money" shall be imposed on the citizens of the United States. The Party supports a debt free, interest free money system.
The American Independent Party also endorses passage of H.R.2756 the "Honest Money Act" introduced by Rep. Ron Paul. The right to own and exchange gold, or any precious metal, is a basic right and a protection against inflation. Never should this right be denied to the American people. The American Independent Party proposes that immediate steps be taken so that silver and gold be restored in our coinage.
The American Independent Party has been California's only Constitutionally-correct political party since 1968. A vote for the American Independent Party is a vote for return to true Constitutional government.
American Independent Party Candidates pledge to:• Restore a debt free, interest free money system;
• Stop reckless spending, including foreign aid, and take care of America's domestic needs;
• End debt financing of both Federal and State governments;
• End the Federal income tax, and restore a tariff based revenue system;
• Protect the right to life of the innocent unborn;
• Stop the undeclared wars which are daily costing American lives and billions of tax dollars;
• Immediately terminate international trade agreements such as NAFTA, CAFTA, WTO, and the proposed FTAA, and stop sending high paying American jobs to foreign countries;
• Reduce immigration, and stop all government subsidies to illegal aliens; no driver's licenses for illegal aliens; deport all illegal aliens;
• Defend America's moral values; keep God in the pledge of allegiance;
• Support high standards in education, including encouragement of private schools and home schooling;
• Stop the pillaging of consumers and taxpayers by the energy/utility monopolies;
• Defend Second Amendment rights;
• Uphold traditional marriage and family values.
Vote American Independent: the only party fighting for a return to Constitutional government.
