There are a series of photos used in the trial that show that one of the illegals,Estanislao Gonzalez, leaving the scene before the "made up" altercation took place.There is also a photo of one of the other "plaintiffs",Jose Balzaga, carrying a two by four in his hand staring at Monti in what could be described as a threatening expression.Then again, Balzaga could have been collecting wood for the protection of himself and his eight lying friends.12-0 acquittal says it all.
Why in the hell this case ever went to trial is beyond me.Nothing more than throwing away taxpayers money.
